Evie’s a passionate, independent artist with a Master’s degree in Commercial Music; specialising songwriting and Vocal development.

Her musical journey began as a member of a Portsmouth contemporary choir, ‘The Urban Vocal Group’ charity at the age of 12, eventually transitioning into vocal coach and charity ambassador at 18 years old.

With 6+ years in the music industry as an original artist, music tutor and function band performer, Evie has gained experience performing at 200+ venues across the UK ranging from private functions to large festivals.

Her instrument range includes guitar, drums, piano, and ukulele, but her primary proficiency is in vocal tuition. Evie welcomes students of all ages and skill levels. Whether they want to refine their vocal technique or are just starting their musical journey, Evie believes that customising her lessons to suit students’ individual needs and goals is vital in developing any skill.

Evie's approach to teaching is adaptable and practical, ensuring that students enjoy their learning experience while making progress. She firmly believes that the optimal environment for learning is fun and one where you feel relaxed. Vocal lessons with Evie will likely include exercises and practise to build on your skills in: Confidence, Projection, Breathing, Warming up/cooling down, singing styles, range, flexibility, control, interpretation and musical styles, stage presence, vocal health and longevity.
